Business and Community Fundraising Manager

Salary:                         £25,551 – £27,635 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours of Work:          Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with some evenings and weekends.

The charity is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially-minded professional with a strong track record of successful fundraising in the voluntary sector. We are seeking a highly motivated fundraiser with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Experienced in building effective relationships and developing commercial opportunities with stakeholders you will also have experience of working closely with volunteers and an ability to work to agreed fundraising targets.

Supporter Care Assistant

Salary:                         £18,839 – £20,551 pro rata (depending on experience)

Hours of Work:           22.5 hours per week: Between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential in order to support fundraising events and activities which occur on evenings and weekends.

The charity is seeking an experienced administrator who also has a strong track record of working with supporters within the voluntary sector. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and thrives on being part of a team.

This is a pivotal role in supporting the whole of the Income Generation directorate to maximise fundraising income by delivering an exceptional standard of supporter care and administrative support to the fundraising team.
